Our client, an award-winning western restaurant group, is looking for an experienced butcher to join their team and expansion project.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure compliance with company hygiene procedures, communicating respectfully and professionally with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Stock Controller.
  • Check all meat and fish on delivery for quality and quantity.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the meat and fish preparation rooms and ensure proper storage of all meat and fish items in freezers and fridges.
  • Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef regarding ordering and preparation.
  • Follow guidelines and requests from the Chef and F&B Manager efficiently.
  • Keep all machines and equipment in good repair and handle with care, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
