Commis 3 – Pastry Kitchen
The Commis 3 – Pastry Kitchen assists the pastry team in the preparation, production, and presentation of desserts, pastries, and other sweet items in accordance with hotel standards. The role supports daily pastry operations while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
What You Will Do
- Assist in the preparation and production of desserts, pastries, cakes, and other pastry items.
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place according to recipes and production requirements.
- Support the pastry team in maintaining product quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food storage within the work area.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products using FIFO procedures.
