Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking in line with company standards
  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, and kitchen components under the guidance of senior chefs
  • Carry out basic cooking and plating duties with consistency and precision
  • Ensure kitchen workstations and equipment are kept clean and hygienic at all times
  • Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
  • Support the kitchen team to maintain efficient and smooth daily operations
Requirements
  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience preferred
  • Background in F&B or culinary training is an advantage; on-the-job training will be provided
  • Genuine interest in building a long-term career in the culinary field
  • Willing to learn, follow instructions, and work effectively within a team
