Main Duties
- Bring food/drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members.
- Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
- Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section.
- Develop relationships with members in order to provide personalized service.
- Polishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service.
- Preparing any additions to tables in advance (preparing lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions etc).
- Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations.
- Attend regular trainings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings.
- Wiping down tables after members have left resetting the restaurant so we can welcome reservations and accommodate walk ins.
