Commissioning Manager (Solar PV, BESS, Substation) 
Location:  Middle East (Site-Based)

A leading engineering and construction organization is looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager  to oversee commissioning activities across large-scale solar PV projects. This role is critical in ensuring successful project delivery from testing through to final handover. 
Key Responsibilities Lead testing & commissioning activities across all project phases, including cold, hot, and close-out stages 
Manage planning, execution, resource allocation, and troubleshooting for commissioning works 
Coordinate closely with OEMs, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery 
Prepare commissioning procedures, method statements, and SAT reports in line with IEC and IEEE standards
