- Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Creation, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Personal Branding, or related roles.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience managing executive, founder, or leadership personal branding is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media trends.
- Comfortable conducting interviews and extracting compelling stories from stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business insights into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in media relations or corporate communication initiatives is a plus.
