Community Care Associate

Working Hours:
Mon-Fri (Rotating shifts, 44 hours/week)
Main Responsibilities Providing
daily care support to seniors,
including personal hygiene, feeding, transfers, and basic nursing assistance.
Maintaining
a safe, clean, and organised
environment within the centre.
Engaging with seniors and their families to
build positive relationships
and monitor well-being.
Planning and facilitating
recreational and cognitive activities
(e.g., games, exercise, arts) for seniors, including those with dementia.
Supervising participation and
tracking seniors' activity progress and responses.
Supporting
rehabilitation exercises
such as mobility training and range of motion (ROM).
Observing and reporting any
behavioural or health concerns
to nursing or therapy staff.
