Lead your community as the Postmaster with Canada Post. Engage with local residents and businesses while delivering exceptional postal services and supervising your team.
As a Postmaster, you'll report directly to the Superintendent/Local Area Manager, taking charge in promoting Canada Post’s products. This position emphasizes community interaction and directing operations while managing a team efficiently. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring postal services are delivered promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with the community regarding postal services and products
• Sell and promote postal offerings to both public and business clients
• Oversee post office operations and ensure timely service
• Manage postal revenue, assets, and compliance
• Supervise staff performance and conduct training sessions
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent business administration experience
• Proven leadership skills in team management
