Position Overview
Seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Liaison to support hospice service growth throughout Marin County. This role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners while helping patients and families access quality end-of-life care.

- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
- Promote hospice services through regular outreach and educational efforts.
