Your mission- Build and maintain structured profiles for operators, including expertise, functional strengths, startup fit, availability, business priorities, and ideal connections
- Develop a strong understanding of resident needs and identify where Daos Hub can create additional value
- Proactively identify and facilitate relevant introductions between founders, operators, recruiters, talent partners, ecosystem partners, and potential collaborators
- Track high-value connections and, where possible, monitor whether they lead to useful follow-ups, opportunities, or outcomes
