Hiring for one of our AI ChatBot System remotely. 
Key Responsibilities  Actively engage with our community members on various platforms (forums, social media, etc.) 
Respond to inquiries, provide support, and foster a positive community atmosphere 
Moderate discussions and ensure that they remain respectful and on-topic 
Content Creation  Write engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, and social media updates 
Create product videos, tutorials, and demos to educate and excite our community 
Develop comprehensive help documentation to assist users in effectively utilizing our platform 
Customer Interaction  Conduct one-on-one Zoom calls with customers to address their needs and provide personalized support
