Job Description
The role of the Memory and Support Services Coordinator is to support the delivery of day-to-day resident services, in particular for Memory Care residents and Assisted Living residents. These services are in some cases tailored to specifically meet the needs of individuals and in other cases will be delivered to a group of residents. The role of the Community Memory and Support Services Coordinator will be pivotal in ensuring that all front‑line teams are delivering services in alignment with the Riverstone standard, and all resident and family expectations.
Responsibilities
- Provide on‑the‑floor coaching and training in the delivery and development of care approaches, including behavioral support strategies, programs and services to residents, providing corrective recommendations as needed.
