Overview

The Community Payback Supervisor is an operational role that supervises groups of offenders serving community sentences, drives service vehicles, and ensures community projects are completed. The position offers the chance to make a positive impact on communities through unpaid work placement projects, such as building benches, cleaning streets and restoring public spaces.

Working Hours

Regular hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with required weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays. The post holder may need to cover alternative weekdays and evenings on a schedule that is agreed with the successful candidate. Weekend days worked are paid at a 50 % higher rate.
