Job Requirements*


We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Lead to oversee and drive

end-to-end compensation and benefits strategy, governance, and operations

across Global and U.S. employee populations. This role is responsible for ensuring

competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation and benefits programs that

align with business goals, market practices, and internal governance standards.

The role partners closely with HR Leadership, HRBPs, Talent, Finance, Legal, and

external vendors and acts as a subject-matter leader for compensation and


benefits programs.
