Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat minor workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Conduct employee health evaluations and health education programs.
  • Coordinate with external healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain confidential medical records.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on employee health issues.
  • Act as an emergency response team lead.
  • Advise on workplace ergonomics and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Must be Registered Nurse
  • Has a warm and caring disposition for co-employee
  • Comprehensive clinical training in Occupational health and Nursing
  • Excellent Communication and Organize
  • Able to think on Critical Situations
  • Preferable with training and background in standard first aid
  • Should be able to perform task in compliance to quality and safety standards
