Responsibilities
- Assess and treat minor workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct employee health evaluations and health education programs.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Maintain confidential medical records.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on employee health issues.
- Act as an emergency response team lead.
- Advise on workplace ergonomics and injury prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Must be Registered Nurse
- Has a warm and caring disposition for co-employee
- Comprehensive clinical training in Occupational health and Nursing
- Excellent Communication and Organize
- Able to think on Critical Situations
- Preferable with training and background in standard first aid
