Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Managing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.

2. Organizing and preparing agendas for board meetings, committee meetings, and annual general meetings (AGMs).

3. Drafting minutes of meetings and resolutions and maintaining statutory books and registers.

4. Handling filings and submissions to regulatory authorities, including ROC,RBI & IRDA. Handling regulatory compliance with RBI and IRDA. Keeping updated on latest circulars issued by RBI and IRDA.

5. Managing communication with external stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of information and handling shareholder grievances.

6. Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, accounts and audit departments to ensure compliance and effective corporate governance.
