Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • +5 years of dedicated experience in a Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards role — ideally within a tech or high-growth environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with Job Architecture design, incentive compensation (bonus/commission plans), and equity programs (ESOPs/LTIPs).
