Description We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Irvine, California on a Contract basis. This role supports compensation, benefits, and workforce planning activities by ensuring HR data remains accurate, compliant, and actionable. The position combines systems knowledge, reporting capability, and analytical thinking to help guide pay decisions, program administration, and a strong employee experience.
