About The Role

We are looking for a Compensations Sr Coordinator to help drive the design and administration of innovative Total Rewards strategies that ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.

This role plays a key part in analyzing compensation data, supporting strategic compensation initiatives, and contributing to programs that strengthen Viva’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
