Freelance CompEx Consultant (Project Assignment)
CSMART is looking for a highly specialized CompEx-certified Consultant (freelance) for a temporary project-based assignment requiring expertise that is currently not available in-house.
In this assignment, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong instructional skills to independently deliver CompEx training and assessments for cruise ship officers working in hazardous areas.
 
Your assignment
Deliver a defined number of CompEx training courses based on agreed planning
Conduct participant assessments and certifications in line with CompEx standards
Deliver specialised training modules using your technical expertise
Transfer knowledge to enable future in-house delivery of the training
Ensure the quality of training delivered within the scope of the assignment and in line with industry standards
