Job Description

The Role:

The purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient and accurate administration of

charge. To manage, regulate the life cycle of charge issued under the Law.


Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer appeals.
  • Respond to internal and external emails within SLA.
  • Assist on request with the uploading whitelists to the system prior to reviewing contraventions.
  • When required liaise with key suppliers.
  • The role will become an expert in the full charging process and will be able and comfortable to professionally handle enquiries at any point.
  • Escalation of issues or problems identified in any of the systems via the correct means.
  • Provide relevant data and information to internal clients and suppliers as reasonably requested.
