Job Description
SolideFinance is a Swiss fintech company delivering an institutional cross-border payments infrastructure built on blockchain technology and regulated stablecoins. The company is regulated in Switzerland (SRO licence), holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications, and has begun the filing process for a MiCA licence. Having recently closed its seed round to support the scaling of its activity with banks and financial institutions, SolideFinance is setting up its office in the canton of Zurich and is recruiting an experienced Compliance & AML Officer.
Your role
- Act as AML Officer as defined by the requirements of our SRO, and steer the company’s AML / CFT compliance framework.
- Manage institutional relationships with our SRO, the AML auditor and legal counsel; monitor cross-jurisdictional regulatory developments and lead current and upcoming licensing filings.
