Job Summary

We are seeking a Compliance & Data Counsel to oversee data protection, information security and AI regulation compliance across Metsä Group.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate internal data protection and data liaison projects.
• Develop and maintain data protection documentation.
• Comment on and review data processing agreements.
• Provide training, conduct information searches, draft guidelines and handle communication duties.
• Collaborate closely with data protection owners and owners of services, systems and processes throughout Finland and abroad.
• Contribute to compliance projects beyond data regulation and support the development of an ethical corporate culture.
• Report to the head of the Compliance function.
