Ciklo Talent is partnering with an early-stage digital asset company that's building quietly before going public. On their behalf, we're looking for their first real compliance hire: the person who keeps the foundations solid while the team moves fast. This isn’t a maintain the framework role. It's a build the framework role.

What the role involves

• Standing up the AML/KYC and compliance program from scratch
• Owning MiCA readiness and engaging with regulators as the company scales
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with founders, product, and engineering: compliance as an enabler, not a blocker
• Making pragmatic calls in a fast, ambiguous, pre-launch environment
