Education & Training- Master License STCW II/2 or Chief Engineer STCW III/2
- BSc (Hons) Nautical Science or Marine Engineering
- Internal Auditor (ISM, ISPS, MLC)
- DPA/ CSO Qualification (Desirable)
- Lead Auditor (Desirable)
- Strong operational understanding of offshore vessel operations, gained through prior sea‑going service as Master or Chief Engineer, or through significant experience in a senior Marine Compliance, Marine Assurance, or Marine Operations management role with direct exposure to shipboard activities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of compliance requirements across a diverse range of offshore vessel types, including heavy lift vessels, dive support vessels, offshore construction vessels, and pipelay/installation barges, with the ability to assess operational suitability and regulatory compliance for different project scopes.
