Compliance reconciliation administrator

IZI South Africa are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Audit Reconciliation Administrator to join our Western Cape and Northern Cape region team.

Unlike a traditional finance-only role, this position focuses on the systematic verification of records to ensure full adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling complex data sets, identifying non-conformance, maintaining audit‑ready documentation, maintaining precise and timely accounting and reconciliation standards at the Cash Processing Centre (CPC), ensuring full alignment with corporate protocols. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a history of implementing best practices, adhering to company policy, and applying sound judgment to achieve business objectives.
