Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused

ComplianceWire Support Specialist

to provide day-to-day operational support for our training management activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the

ComplianceWire Learning Management System (LMS)

and will be responsible for user support, password resets, training assignment administration, and IT ticket resolution related to training workflows.
This role requires strong organizational skills, basic workflow management knowledge, and the ability to provide timely support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for ComplianceWire users, including troubleshooting access and login issues.
Perform password resets and user account maintenance within ComplianceWire.
