About the Role
As a Composites Technician on the McLaren Hypercar Programme, you will produce, repair, finish and maintain carbon components that operate at the highest level of endurance racing.
You will work across pre-preg components, structural repairs, laminating, trim/fit and trackside repairs under extreme time pressure.
Your workmanship becomes part of a world-class race car — and your standards must match that level.
