Full‑time, permanent role based out of our flagship dealership in Leeds.

As a Compound Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the movement of vehicles across our dealership network. This will involve transporting both dealership stock and customer vehicles safely and efficiently around the site on a daily basis.

The role includes a variety of general site responsibilities, with a focus on logistics and the safe movement of vehicles. This will involve handling both customer vehicles and dealership stock. You will also support the day‑to‑day upkeep of the dealership, assisting with general maintenance and carrying out housekeeping duties as required.

The successful candidate will be a confident, customer‑focused individual with a full, clean driving licence. You will be comfortable working independently, as well as representing the business when interacting with customers and colleagues across multiple sites.
