Job Description

. Own and grow a portfolio of small and mid-market accounts. Carry a revenue target across the
book.
. Drive expansion. Grow account revenue through upsell and cross-sell, and close those deals
yourself.
. Drive renewals. Protect and grow recurring revenue across your portfolio.
. Build and keep strong relationships with the contacts in your accounts.
. Onboard new customers. Get them set up, live, and using the product.
. Run regular check-ins and business reviews. Surface growth opportunities and track account health.
. Spot churn risk early and act on it.
. Resolve day-to-day customer issues. Coordinate with technical, billing, and support teams to close
them out.
. Keep the CRM current. Manage your pipeline, forecast, and account status.
. Learn our cloud (AWS, Azure) and WaaS Lite products well enough to sell and support with
confidence.
