We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Karachi. As a Junior Computer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Keep detailed records of reported issues and their resolutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
