- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
- Repair or replace defective hardware components (e.g., hard drives, RAM, power supply)
- Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and backups
- Respond to technical support requests and provide timely solutions
