Key Responsibilities Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and special requests 
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation 
Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest needs 
Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently 
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times 
Support front office operations when required
