Concierge - Emergency Department
Location: Mercy Hospital – A Member of Catholic Health

The Emergency Department Concierge provides non-clinical support to patients, families, and staff from arrival through discharge or admission.
Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
+ Welcome and round on patients and families in the ED, addressing comfort needs and providing updates on status from registration to discharge/admission.
+ Facilitate communication between patients, families, and care teams.
+ Offer non-clinical services such as warm blankets, pillows, and access to resources (e.g., phone chargers, social work, chaplain).
+ Assist ED staff with answering call lights, addressing patient needs, and patient transport (as trained).
