Boutique Hotel in Morningside, Durban is looking for a Concierge, Reservations & Night Audit.
Provides luxury guest assistance and creates personalized guest experiences. Responsible for all reservations, concierge systems, overnight operations, financial balancing and guest assistance during night shifts.
Duties:
Arrange transportation and excursions.
Book restaurants and activities.
Assist with all guest requirements.
Maintain local tourism knowledge.
Coordinate guest special occasions.
Handle luggage requirements.
Build guest preference profiles.
Create daily in room info cards
Perform daily financial reconciliation.
