As the primary contact for your portfolio of Advisors, you'll handle the lifecycle of complex insurance cases, ensuring timely updates and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as point of contact for high-net-worth Advisors
• Review and manage insurance case particulars
• Drive cases forward with timely follow-ups
• Handle inquiries and requests efficiently
• Participate in service improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the insurance sector
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume cases independently
