Key Responsibilities 1. Property Operations & Maintenance
  • Supervise the upkeep and maintenance of the condominium, including common areas, facilities, and security.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure that repairs, servicing, and upgrades are completed on time.

2. Financial & Budget Management
  • Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance, security, and operational expenses.
