Once this person is successful, they could become a bench player to support multiple enterprise level customers in the area as onsite support in addition to configuration tasks. This will help someone gain valuable IT support experience.
Position Overview:
Responsible for the provisioning and medium complexity configuration of various IT devices (PCs, tablets, printers, etc.) by following written work instructions and quality control documents in support of ongoing or new customer business.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Follow specific written work instructions to provision, configure, and repair IT devices and otherwise prepare the device for deployment based on customer requirements.
• Complex kitting of equipment based on customer requirements.
• Unbox, re-box and process equipment for shipping.
• Clean, test, and inspect IT devices.
