What You’ll Do


  • Receive and review Intapp conflict-search request forms, conduct conflict searches, confirming completeness, accuracy, and required supporting information.

  • Conduct conflict surveys, compile findings, and generate clear, timely reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain public company lists and directorship records, ensuring entries are current, complete, and well-organized.

  • Set up, manage, and monitor ethical walls; resolve access issues and liaise with Information Technology (IT) as needed. Coordinate ethical wall and conflict-related projects, tracking status, documenting outcomes, and escalating issues when required.

  • Test and troubleshoot conflict-search and ethical-wall systems, identifying issues and supporting fixes and process improvements.

  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence and internal documentation to support risk and conflict management activities.
