Overview
The Connect Ambassador plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience within the Connect center. This individual serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing guidance, answering questions, and directing them to appropriate self-service options or Connect Specialists based on their needs.
This role offers exposure to daily operations, organizational goals, and customer engagement strategies. The Ambassador will collaborate across teams, support events and programs, and contribute to community outreach initiatives while developing strong customer service and teamwork skills.
