This role focuses on enhancing the Save on Energy Retrofit Program, guiding customers through application processes, and ensuring technical compliance. Your analytical skills will be crucial in tracking project data and performing assessments to ensure program viability and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert leads into eligible project applications
• Guide clients through pre-to-post project application steps
• Review and coordinate application details with teams
• Work with technical reviewers to meet program standards
• Support documentation requirements for M&V planning
Requirements:
• 2–4 years’ experience in relevant technical fields
• Strong foundation in energy savings concepts
• Experience with CRM data management
