Customer Retention & Conservation Consultant | EFU Life Assurance Ltd.
Proactively contact lapsed policyholders to reinstate coverage and meet monthly conservation targets. Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely issue resolution. Prepare monthly conservation and reinstatement reports for Head Office review. Maintain ongoing client relationships to support long-term business retention objectives.
