A leading construction firm in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial aspects of its construction projects. Responsibilities include managing contracts, cost control, procurement coordination, and ensuring project profitability. Candidates should hold a relevant bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10-15 years in commercial management in construction, strong contract knowledge (FIDIC preferred), and excellent negotiation skills. Experience in UAE/GCC projects is an advantage. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus.
