Job Description

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Working with the Operations Manager and the assigned Project Manager.
  • Review and get a complete understanding of project specifications, development requirements and schedule obligations.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans.
  • Review and co-ordinate drawings.
  • Prepare drawing lists.
  • Shop drawing control.
  • Maintain and monitor project schedules.
  • Update and revise project schedules as required.
  • Review and monitor project budgets.
  • Update and revise project budgets as required.
  • Organize meetings and attend as required. Take minutes of meetings as required.
  • Ensure distribution of Project Instructions, changes, RFI’s and meetings on projects.
  • Control the flow of paperwork/reports for the project.
