Pre-Construction Director
Our client is a growing contractor delivering major projects across residential, commercial, social housing, and public sector environments. Their portfolio includes multi-million-pound new build developments, large-scale refurbishments, commercial buildings, and specialist construction projects across the UK.

This position offers the opportunity to operate with genuine autonomy, leading your own region, projects, and commercial performance as if running a business within a business.
