Construction Engineer / Cost Estimator
At DPE International we are looking for a key player to join our brand‑new Spanish branch. The ideal candidate combines pinpoint engineering accuracy with a high‑energy, teamwork mindset and has a passion for construction and a sharp eye for numbers.
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between initial architectural design and real‑world construction costs.
- Build the Foundation (Immediate Phase): Conduct market research to source, contact and pre‑qualify local subcontractors and suppliers across Spain and build a local cost database (€/m²) from scratch.
- Perform precise quantity surveys and technical drawing take‑offs, prepare highly accurate initial valuations for international clients and formulate final, bank‑compliant binding offers.
- System & Variation Management: Keep our internal ERP system updated, price design variations and analyze work‑package balances to ensure zero guesswork.
