Employment Type: Contract (Project based)

As part of the project team, you will be responsible to coordinate the activities related to the construction of our new projects.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site Contractors/Subcontractors activities for compliance with the CPM schedule and monitors and enforces compliance with subcontract requirements, Implement the Project Construction Execution plan.
  • Takes necessary actions to meet project budget and schedule requirements.
  • Coordinates the Construction Completion walkthrough and the Complete handover.
  • Prepare quality checklist, plan, coordinate, Inspect, and report to Construction Manager.
  • Prepare the daily report, weekly report reporting to the Construction Manager.
