Salary 70,000 to 90,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week Permanent employment Full time Construction engineering technology/technician Construction trades, other Experience
2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities
Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present clients Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates Experience and specialization
