Construction Manager

Role Purpose

The Landscape Construction Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all landscape construction activities for high‑rise buildings, hotels, and community projects. The role ensures that all softscape, hardscape, and irrigation works are completed in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and scheduled timeframes. The position requires strong technical knowledge, site coordination, subcontractor management, and problem‑solving skills.

Key Accountabilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Review IFC drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed work plans, construction methodologies, and sequencing for all landscape activities.
• Coordinate with main contractor, consultants, architects, and relevant stakeholders to finalize landscape scope.
• Attend weekly progress, coordination, and technical meetings.
