large-scale LTA/infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of construction activities. Monitor construction progress, quality, and productivity, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and mitigate potential delays. Plan and manage site logistics, including materials, manpower, and equipment, to optimise resource utilisation.
